Travis Burch has a nationwide practice focusing on business litigation and intellectual property litigation.   • The KONG Company v. VIP Products. Represented KONG in a patent and trademark infringement suit pertaining to dog chew toys.
  • Steril-Aire v. First Light, et al. Represented Steril-Aire in a suit pertaining to its ultraviolet emitter technology.
  • Anterra Group v. Earthbound Farms Inc. Obtained highly favorable settlement prosecuting trade secret action concerning the use of proprietary carbon dioxide water sparging technology to rinse and sanitize organically grown produce.
  • Nousvo, Inc. v. Realistic Colors, LLC et al. Obtained early favorable settlement on behalf of trade dress and Lanham Act plaintiff (second largest finger nail polish manufacturer in U.S.) against a major competitor.
  • Consumer Advocacy Group v. Innovage, LLC. Successfully staved off action by well known Prop. 65 troll/plaintiff regarding lead content of cell phone charger on behalf of manufacturer and distributor of consumer products. Client paid nothing.
  • American Dental Supply, Inc. v. White Teeth, LLC, et al. Obtained full defense verdict in two week jury trial on behalf of clients accused of fraudulent transfers, breaches of fiduciary duty and alter ego allegations.
  • Kelly Moore Paint Inc. v. Riverstone Insurance Group, et al. Obtained large 7 figure settlement on behalf of insured in a complex multi-phase bad faith action against numerous insurers.
